Shipping Coverage
EarFy ships worldwide, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Oceania, and other international destinations, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery time is up to 9 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.
Total estimated delivery time:
Up to 12 business days (3 days processing + 9 days shipping)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
For international orders:

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

EarFy has no control over customs processing times or fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to collect the package

Refusal of delivery
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs, if applicable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
EarFy is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Customs inspections

Weather conditions

Force majeure events

Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This does not affect the total shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by carriers or international regulations.
Returns Related to Shipping

Force Majeure
EarFy shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.
