Return Shipping Costs (International & Domestic)

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping, customs fees, taxes, and duties.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
